A Grounded, Human Approach to Therapy
I am Adrian Malkowski, a counsellor and trainee psychotherapist with an academic background in psychology (BSc Hons) and forensic psychology (MSc). My work is shaped by 4-year postgraduate training at the Ellesmere Centre for Psychotherapy, aligned with UKCP and BACP professional ethical codes, and extensive clinical experience in addiction recovery.
I provide confidential, non-judgemental therapy online across the UK (and for expats across Europe), with in-person sessions available in Warwickshire by arrangement (including Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, and surrounding areas).
- BSc (Hons) Psychology • Core grounding in cognitive and behavioral psychology
- MSc Forensic Psychology • Advanced focus on complex behaviors, trauma, and offending dynamics
- Postgraduate Psychotherapy (Ellesmere Centre) • 4-year advanced training aligned with UKCP & BACP
- Clinical Experience • Extensive frontline work in alcohol and addiction recovery
Alcohol & Addiction Counselling
Therapy offers an unhurried, non-judgemental space to explore what drinking is doing for you, and how to regain your autonomy. We work through compulsive cycles, emotional triggers, relapse prevention, harm reduction, abstinence, and unspoken guilt and shame.
Men's Mental Health & Wellbeing
Many men struggle with unspoken emotional pressure, anger, emotional numbness, burnout, or feeling stuck. I offer a grounded, conversational space without therapeutic fluff or jargon to speak honestly about work pressure, relationships, and emotional health.
Contact & Initial Consultations
Sessions are £50 for 50 minutes. Free initial 15-minute telephone or video consultation.
